Regular Training – The Path to Your Satisfaction

We organize professional training courses for our staff

At Aramark, satisfied customers are our priority, and therefore we continually strive to vary and improve our offer. And because our people are the key to success, we regularly offer them the possibility of further education. Currently they have the opportunity to attend professional training courses which develop cooking skills in various areas - from meat processing, preparation of Mexican cuisine or cold dishes, through to improving customer service. Practical processes and tips for the kitchen are presented to participants by our best - chefs Martin Kudík, Tomáš Konopka and Alejandro García. A separate part of the training is dedicated to the development of communication skills and customer approach.

Although the training is primarily intended for chefs, we welcome anyone who is interested in self-improvement. We are delighted that the training was attended by more than 40 satisfied employees. We believe that their newly acquired experience will help them maintain high standards and improve the quality of our services and that you continue enjoying our meals.
