Recipe of the week

Turkey steak with mushrooms

  • 600g turkey breast
  • 50g onion
  • 150g mushrooms
  • 200ml 33% cream
  • 50g oil
  • White ground pepper
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the turkey steak and sauté on both sides in a frying pan. Finely chop the peeled onion and gently fry it in hot oil. Then add rinsed and thinly sliced mushrooms and sauté briefly. At the end, add cream and boil it down to roughly half its volume. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Top the finished turkey steak with sautéed mushrooms with cream and serve.
